Middle Cover seal

Terminal Sealing
- ● Double sealing of primer and color adhesive to ensure no leakage.

Vacuum dosing of acid
- ● Ensure the consistency of acid amount with fast and full penetration of acid.

- ● The charge and discharge procedure and the water bath cooling process ensure that the battery is fully activated and that the temperature is controlled during the formation process.

Factory inspection
- ● After the resting period, the open-circuit voltage and high-current discharge test one by one will ensure that each battery is qualified to leave the factory.
